Refund & Enrollment Policy
Enrollment Commitment
Enrollment in a professional certificate program at Dr. Powell-Jackson Leadership & Research Institute represents a commitment to participate in a scheduled cohort-based learning experience.
Once enrollment is confirmed, a participant’s seat is reserved within the cohort, and preparation begins for course delivery, learning materials, technology access, and student support.
Refund Policy
Due to the cohort-based structure of our professional certificate programs, tuition payments are non-refundable once enrollment has been completed.

Deferral Option
